The second version is very similar to the first except the body details are more true to the actual vehicle. For instance, note the higher windows compared to the V1. This model has painted on Red Cross logos and the name "Wagen Nr. 402" on the front doors. The wider rear hatch indicates this is a 1963 to 1967 model.
