The Volkswagen factory (VW Versuchsbau) has produced this 1937 model V3/2 in 2008. This model was milled (on basis of the CAD data of the original V3/2) from 1 piece of resin with the wheels separately attached to the body.
It is not known what the exact reason was to produce these models. To our knowledge 2 copies are in private collections; unknown is how many Volkswagenwerk has in its archives.
It is very heavy and weighs app. 7,5 kilogram.
