A VW Sedan model, produced by MANURBA (Manfred Urban Plastikspielwaren, Bamberg), with solid windows on white, blue, red, yellow or black plastic wheels on metal plastic axles. No chassis and round mould mark under front and rear as well as the roof. It was stamped with number 7; the plastic axle versions were not numbered. The metal axle versions sometimes had their frontlights colored red or silver. Also the bumpers sometimes were colored silver. In the early 60’s the metal axles were replaced by plastic axles.This VW was a promotional give-away for many different products.
Also in France, it was used as a promotional item for a company with the initials DA or DYA. These initials were stamped on the inside of the roofsection of the toys.
