The KdF Wagen popularity continued with the German pencil company, A.W. FABER producing a colored pencil set around 1939. The set, no. 2212, had a very nice and colorful artwork depicting a KdF Wagen, with a roll back sunroof top, cruising along the countryside. In the background was an autobahn overpass, tree forest and snowcapped mountains.
