DS PLASTICS OVAL VW V3 (COPY)

This seems a copy of the DS PLASTICS VW that was used for the PON VW game. Plastic body VW with solid windows and good details of front and rear hood, door seams and rear oval window with air louvers. No chassis and black ribbed wheels plastic wheels (unlike the other DS products that featured smaller smooth wheels).

HAMMER SPLIT VW V2

The HAMMER Company was founded by Mr. Arthur Hammer in Lüdenscheid, Germany, in 1937 and produced tools for manufacturing thermo and duroplast materials. In 1950, they bought an injection mold machine and started producing small plastic toys.

FRÖHA-NEUHIERL KdF WAGEN VW

The FRÖHA Company was founded in 1935 in Hipoltstein, Germany by Hans Frömter and mainly produced figurines, but also these KdF game pieces. This small VW was produced as a game piece for a game. The one piece elongated body with wheels was made from wood chips, glue and painted in several dull colors. Details of the windows, front and rear hood, headlights and taillights can be seen.

MUOVO OVAL VW

One piece plastic body with cut out windows and fair details of front and rear hood, door seams and rear oval window. Grey plastic chassis with seats and bumpers and black plastic wheels with metal axles.  Wheels clip onto the chassis and the chassis clips to the body at the bumpers. No markings.

UNKNOWN OVAL VW PLASTIC 22

This one piece plastic item is actually the stick for a lollypop (lollie-stengel) and has the body of an Oval Window Volkswagen. On the back side of the Volkswagen is molded VW-Export, 4 Cyl, 30PS, 120km/h. There were many other type cars in the series used for the lollypop sticks besides the VW.
