UNKNOWN OVAL VW PLASTIC 21

Plastic body with cut out windows and fair details of front and rear hood, bumpers and rear oval window with 8 air louvers. No chassis and the body molding has side axles with black plastic wheels attached to the axles. The tips of the axles are melted to keep the wheels on the axles. No markings.
