NOKIA SPLIT VW

It may be  Finnish made, and there is some speculation that it may have been made by the Nokia company in the 1950´s, although it is not confirmed. Nokia was founded in 1865 by mr. JNF NEUHIERL US ZONE SPLIT VW IN-35

JNF was founded in 1920 by Joseph Neuhierl in Fürth, Germany. The company name, JNF, is formed out of the first letters of his name and the town of Fürth. In WWII, the company had to produce for warfare, like many other toy companies. In 1945, the US Army therefore confiscated all production facilities. Post War toy production at the JNF facility started again in 1947.

GIFHORN GLASHÜTTENWERKE KdF WAGEN VW

The company "Glashüttenwerke W. Limberg und Co. was founded in 1873 in the town Gifhorn,  Germany, by Mr. Wilhem Limberg and manufactured glass bottles for perfumes like Eau de Cologne 4711, Pelikan ink bottles, but also glass for pharmaceutical purposes. In 1960, the company was closed down.

During the 1938-43 era they also produced some of the KdF Wagen glass ...

FLP LEIRIA SPLIT VW

Soft plastic body, made by FLP Fábrica Leiriense de Plásticos, with cut out windows and a VW emblem on the front hood. No chassis or bumpers. Black plastic wheels clipped to the body. The inside of the roof is marked with a triangle, “FLP” inside and “LEIRIA 76.” The factory was located in the town of Leiria, Portugal. Shows some resemblance to the Tudor Rose Split...

BOCHMANN KdF WAGEN VW

Produced by Carl Bochmann of Dresden, whose ‘CABO, Fabrik feiner Spielwaren’, made O gauge train accessories, goods wagons and toy cars with the trademark ‘CABO’ between 1925 and 1941.

From 1941, they most probably did not produce toys until the end of the war. In 1945, while the Soviet Army occupied Dresden, the company resumed (?) toy production and was led by Willy Bochmann, ...
